Agreement to terms
By using Kilo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Kilo for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kilo. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use our services.
Account responsibility
Registration: Provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for account security and all activities under your account.
Security: Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Don't share your account unless you have a team plan.
Termination: You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Billing terms
Subscriptions: Plans auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. Pricing is available on our Pricing page. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
Payment: Pay all fees for your plan. Failed payments may result in account suspension. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
Usage Limits: Each plan has limits on agents, tasks, and integrations. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade.
Usage rules
Allowed: Use Kilo for lawful purposes to build AI agents and automate workflows. You own what you create.
Prohibited: You may not:
Violate laws or infringe intellectual property
Send spam or malicious content
Access systems without authorization
Reverse engineer our platform
Resell our services without permission
Harass or harm others
You're responsible for your agents' actions and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
Data ownership
You own your data. We only use it to provide our services as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data.
We implement strong security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You're responsible for data in your connected third-party apps.
When you delete data, it's removed from production systems within 30 days. Backups may persist for up to 90 days.
Ownership rights
Kilo owns the platform, including all code, design, and features. Your subscription grants limited rights to use Kilo according to these terms.
You retain all rights to content you create. By using Kilo, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide our services.
Connected apps
When you connect external tools, you authorize us to access them with the permissions you grant. You're responsible for maintaining valid credentials.
Third-party services have their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or changes they make to their platforms.
Uptime and reliability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Kilo is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. You're responsible for testing agents before production use.
Legal limits
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of Kilo or violation of these terms.
Ending service
Canceling: Cancel anytime through account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual purchases. Monthly subscriptions aren't refundable.
Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Updates and resolution
Service Changes: We may modify Kilo anytime. We'll provide notice for significant changes.
Terms Updates: We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use means you accept updated terms.
Disputes: Contact support first for informal resolution. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court, under the laws of [Jurisdiction].
